Each whole house inspection includes at no extra charge: a 90 day warranty, maintenance book and video series, free contractor referral service, gas lines, fireplace, chimney and fire safety inspection.
Good Report Writing is a critical component to the inspection process.
Don't accept anything less than a computer generated report with pictures that can be viewed online.
